If a vehicle is purchased on day one, an owner should be able to access the site and accept the Terms and Conditions by day three. Owners will be able to renew their membership using the buy-in function on the owner site or by visiting their local dealer. Owners who are opted in to receive Jeep Wave® communications will be given advance notice of their membership end date and instructions on renewal. Owners will also be notified of the opportunity to renew on their Jeep Wave account page. Membership for Jeep Wave® included as part of an eligible vehicle purchase begins on the vehicle’s in-service date. PROGRAM UPDATES

Jeep Wave members get access to a 24/7 help line, either by phone or internet live chat, for any questions they have about their vehicles. They can use that same line to schedule service or make other requests related to their Jeeps. Brand new 2021 Jeeps are automatically enrolled for 3 years as long as they’re used normally and not a company car or part of a commercial fleet. 2020 Wranglers and Gladiators are also automatically enrolled. If you’re buying a 2020 Grand Cherokee, the Jeep Wave Program is included as long as you get an Overland, Trailhawk, High Altitude, Summit, SRT, or Trackhawk trim level. 2020 Cherokees, Compasses, and Renegades get Wave thrown in for their Trailhawk trim lines.
